CBD has been legal since 2018 by the federal government on passing of the 2018 farm bill. But that doesn’t mean each state has approved CBD. Please check your local and state laws about CBD sales and delivery before ordering.
Wild & Rooted stands by the research and development of all our products. You may only return products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused and sellable products within 10 calendar days of shipment with valid proof of purchase for refund or product credit. If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify our customer services within 48 hours of receiving the product to assure that we can identify the most appropriate solution. We will not be able to fulfill returns or refunds if products were stored incorrectly or damaged after delivery. In some cases we can offer a product credit when the situation calls for it. If we have agreed to refund or credit you for a product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged item). If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for returns, please feel free to contact us. **Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept any opened or used product**
Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased contain plant compounds from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines. As all CBD products are yet to be evaluated by the FDA nationally, we cannot make claims as to the benefits from our products to treat specific medical conditions. By purchasing our products, you do so based upon your own opinions and findings of the benefits of CBD these products may provide. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
We offer free three (3) day select shipping in orders over $100.00. Orders less than $100.00 within the U.S will have a three (3) day select shipping and handling flat rate fee of $9.99.
Wild & Rooted fulfills orders within 1-2 business days. (24-48hrs ) Standard Ground Shipping generally takes 4- 7 business days from the time an order is processed. This does not include our chocolate products due to variances in temperatures according to shipping locations. We offer 2 day and overnight shipping if you need your products sooner, and these orders will be transferred to our shipping partners once the order has been processed (1-2 business days).

If your order is being shipped to an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Please be aware that once your shipping label has been created we are not able to change your address. Please contact FedEx directly to hold your order at the nearest pickup location.
Wild & Rooted is based in Miami, Florida and a 7% of state sales tax is collected at the time of purchase.
Wild & Rooted ships products on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders placed before 12pm EST on Wednesday will ship the same week. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Wednesday will ship out the following Monday. Please note that during peak ordering seasons, it may take longer for your order to be processed. Keep an eye out for disclaimer on our website that let you know if certain products may not be able to ship right away.
